Movement – so you can do all you love to do with increased strength, resilience and mobility, and feel good in your body – at any age.
Sustainable movement is about using your body with intrinsic strength. It’s about boundaries and feeling good when you move and finding movement patterns that will be with you for the long term. This is a six week series, or a 2 day workshop.
Every day movements like sitting shorten the psoas muscles and over time they lose their ability to yield, limiting movement at the hip. You’ll luxuriously release and relax your psoas while increasing your hip range of motion in this 2 hour class.
Every Day is a new opportunity to feel good in your body. Everything you do, all day long is yoga – or it can be when you move with awareness.
There are the things you need to do and the things you want to do for enjoyment: walking, dancing, and getting on the ground to play – for any reason – and back up again.
